We believe you cannot improve what you do not measure. Therefore, our approach is rooted in a fact-based methodology, applying Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) globally to measure impact in an honest and trustworthy manner to improve own products and processes. As a sustainability trainee you will play a key role in performing LCAs and translating results into real, actionable projects that reduce our environmental footprint, as well as potentially identifying new opportunities. The scope is broad and includes, but is not limited to, technology, process improvement and product composition optimisation.
