selection process

Our selection process is quick and consists of four steps

Selection rounds takes place around June (for trainees starting in September) and January (for trainees starting in March). However, for exceptional candidates, we can make an exception. Our selection process is quick and generally consists of the following steps:

  • CV screening
    To assess academic results, international experience and affinity
  • A Skype interview
    To get to know you
  • An online assessment
    A combination of a personality questionnaire and analytical capabilities tests
  • A final, face to face round
    With senior management at one of our offices
    This involves a business case presentation and a personal interview

Within a few days of the final round, a decision will be made as to whether or not you will be offered a place on the programme.
