Broadview has a finance team that is roughly split between business control and financial control. The business control team coordinates the monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts and annual budget process and focuses on progress and effectiveness of strategy as well as concrete improvement opportunities. Business controllers focus on one or more companies and work closely together with the local CFO and their team. They proactively challenge company leadership with in-depth analyses of trends and issues, to drive high quality decision making. Travel requirements vary, but can reach up to 50% during peaks.
This is a challenging and visible role for an experienced business controller or financial analyst (typically 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a highly professional, international manufacturing environment) that enjoys the combination of an integral view on companies (complete P&L, market and production, day-to-day nitty gritty questions as well as strategic discussion) and has a strong affinity with business intelligence.
